Net Objectives is proud to present, in conjunction with the Lean-Kanban University, a 2-day, 2-track conference on Lean, Kanban and technical practices. This conference is designed for executives, managers, developers, testers, leads, project managers, QA - virtually anyone interested in improving their software development efforts - whether as part of an IT organization or as a product development group. Net Objectives's unprecedented range enables us to present coverage of all of the methods required for Lean-Kanban adoption in an enterprise. By providing the conference in this fashion, attendees will be presented with a cohesive method of transitioning their organization (or team) to better methods. The Executive Track provides the basics of what an executive needs to have his organization begin a transition to Lean-Kanban methods. It includes both an overview of Lean, what it takes to transition to Lean-Kanban as well as experience reports of those who have completed this transition.

The Kanban Track provides a solid introduction to Kanban as well as providing insights to Scrum developers on how to use Lean-Kanban principles to improve their own practices - even while continuing to do Scrum.
